Health Guidelines and Notes :

• Health and Safety guidelines will be in compliance with all state and local laws and mandates.

• While masking is not required, Kristyn always has masks handy and would be more than happy to wear one during your visit. Just enter with your mask on and Kristyn will put one on too, No Questions Asked!!

• Disposable KN95 masks are available for clients who’d like one.

• If you are immunocompromised or otherwise vulnerable and would like to ensure the studio is completely private, feel free to let Kristyn know via email at kwinkhair@gmail.com

Cancellation + Booking Policies :

• Appointments may be made, cancelled or rescheduled using the Gloss Genius booking platform, just click the “Book Here” button at the top of this page.. no need to email unless you have questions or concerns.

• Appointments made be canceled up to 24hrs ahead of the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations made less than 24hrs in advance will be charged 50% of the rate for the booked time.

• “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the booked rate.

Scalp Facial Disclaimer :

• Scalp facial services are not medical procedures and are not  intended to treat or diagnose any medical condition. 

• This service cannot be performed on anyone with open wounds, infections,  lice or severe inflammation of the skin on the head and/or scalp. 

• This service is not recommended for anyone with extensions or hair pieces that may come out with vigorous scrubbing or massaging. Should any braids, extensions or hair pieces be loosened or come out, Kristyn Wink Hair does not assume responsibility.

Kristyn Wink Hair, LLC believes in creating a safe, respectful environment for all clients, as well as current and future staff. 

The Carriage House, operated by Kristyn Wink Hair LLC, is a space that welcomes all community members. Derogatory or discriminatory statements or actions are not welcome.  

Kristyn Wink Hair at The Carriage House is a private service space, making trust and respect between service provider and client absolutely necessary for services to be provided.

There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any type of harassment or abuse (verbal or physical). This behavior will result in being banned from booking future services and continued inappropriate behavior may be reported to authorities. 

Kristyn Wink Hair, LLC may employ the use of video recordings for the safety of staff and clients. 

Kristyn Wink Hair, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, including but not limited to, those behaving inappropriately or exhibiting signs of intoxication or a state of health that may affect the outcome or safety of the service. 

Kristyn Wink Hair, LLC will not sell or distribute your personal information. All conversations within the space are completely private and will not be shared for any reason. 

By Booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. You will also need to acknowledge the Client Waiver and Policy Agreement prior to your appointment date.
